Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of field sales representatives.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within assigned territories.



Key Responsibilities




  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories.

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

  • Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

  • Proven experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
