About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue growth
- This role requires proactive client engagement and supporting the commercial team to convert audience influence into sustainable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales of advertising slots, show sponsorships, and branded content.
- Identify and pitch potential brand and corporate partnerships.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintain sales pipelines, track targets, and support reporting.
- Collaborate with production and commercial teams to ensure brand-aligned deals.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Media/Advertising roles.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of media sales (TV, digital, branded content)
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skill.
