About the Role




  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue growth

  • This role requires proactive client engagement and supporting the commercial team to convert audience influence into sustainable business value.



Key Responsibilities




  • Support sales of advertising slots, show sponsorships, and branded content.

  • Identify and pitch potential brand and corporate partnerships.

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Maintain sales pipelines, track targets, and support reporting.

  • Collaborate with production and commercial teams to ensure brand-aligned deals.



Education & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Media/Advertising roles.



Key Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

  • Deep understanding of media sales (TV, digital, branded content)

  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skill.
