Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of all our landed properties.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and buyers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and occupancy rate, while managing timely maintenance, leasing, and optimal financial performance.



Key Responsibilities




  • Tenant Relations: Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.

  • Leasing & Marketing: Manage property listings and advertising, screen prospective tenants/buyers, and negotiate/execute lease agreements.

  • Maintenance & Operations: Coordinate repairs, routine inspections, and manage third-party contractors/vendors.

  • Financial Management: Oversee rent collection, manage operating budgets, and provide regular financial reports.

  • Compliance: Ensure all property operations comply with local, state, and federal housing laws and safety regulations.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager (minimum of 3-5 years).

  • Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant digital tools.

  • Real Estate License or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
