Job Summary




  • The role involves attending to customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional shopping experience.



Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally (in-store and other channels as required).

  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations.

  • Process sales transactions and issue receipts.

  • Assist with product arrangement and shelf displays.

  • Record and escalate customer complaints when necessary.

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.



Requirements




  • Minimum of HND / BSc.

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Polite, confident, and well-presented.

  • Basic POS or computer knowledge is an advantage.
