We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Abuja.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Ability to manage social media accounts and digital engagement will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.
Track customer feedback and prepare periodic performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and client retention.
Utilize CRM systems and digital tools effectively for documentation and follow-ups.
Support social media management by creating, scheduling, or engaging with content where necessary (added advantage).
Monitor online interactions and assist in maintaining the company’s digital presence (added advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Requirements
Must reside in Abuja.
Must be ready to resume immediately.
Must be highly tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and productivity software.
