Role Overview




  • We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Abuja.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

  • Ability to manage social media accounts and digital engagement will be considered an added advantage.



Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.

  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.

  • Track customer feedback and prepare periodic performance reports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and client retention.

  • Utilize CRM systems and digital tools effectively for documentation and follow-ups.

  • Support social media management by creating, scheduling, or engaging with content where necessary (added advantage).

  • Monitor online interactions and assist in maintaining the company’s digital presence (added advantage).



Preferred Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Experience managing business social media accounts.



Requirements




  • Must reside in Abuja.

  • Must be ready to resume immediately.

  • Must be highly tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and productivity software.

  • Proven experience in customer service, customer success, or related roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
