Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Front Office & Communication: Serving as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, answering phones, managing emails, and handling inquiries.
- Record Management: Maintaining accurate student records, attendance data, and staff information using school management software.
- Financial Administration: Assisting with budgeting, processing invoices, managing petty cash, and ordering school supplies.
- Operational Support: Coordinating school events, meetings, and assemblies, as well as providing administrative support to teachers.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring school policies, regulations, and safety procedures are followed.
- Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance of school buildings and grounds, sometimes assisting with contractor hiring for repairs.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
