Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the B2B sectors

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales

  • Proactively identify and secure upsell/cross-sell opportunities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless service delivery, resolving complex issues, and advocating for client needs internally.

  • Build and nurture robust relationships with key potential and existing enterprise clients

  • Drive high customer satisfaction and retention rates, fostering loyalty and maximizing account lifetime

  • value.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform salesstrategies.

  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports



Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 4 years experience.
