Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to support the growth and expansion of our branding and print business on the Lagos Mainland.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our market presence.

  • The successful candidate must be strategic, innovative, client-focused, proactive, adaptable, and able to drive. Male candidates are preferred for gender balance.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.

  • Support the development and execution of business growth strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients.

  • Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client expectations are met.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

  • Represent the company at networking events and industry engagements.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.



Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in business development, preferably within branding, printing, advertising, or a related industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities.

  • Highly client-focused and result-oriented.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.

  • Must be able to drive (valid driver’s license required).
