We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to support the growth and expansion of our branding and print business on the Lagos Mainland.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our market presence.
The successful candidate must be strategic, innovative, client-focused, proactive, adaptable, and able to drive. Male candidates are preferred for gender balance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
Support the development and execution of business growth strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients.
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Represent the company at networking events and industry engagements.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in business development, preferably within branding, printing, advertising, or a related industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities.
Highly client-focused and result-oriented.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
