We are seeking an experienced and results-driven head Collection to lead our collections team.



The Collection Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively manage and recover outstanding debts while maintaining strong customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities



Strategy Development:




  • Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.

  • Continuously review and enhance collection processes to maximize recovery rates.

  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends in delinquent accounts.



Team Leadership:




  • Lead and motivate the collections team to achieve targets and objectives.

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Set clear performance goals and monitor team progress.



Portfolio Management:




  • Monitor and manage the company's loan portfolio.

  • Review and categorize delinquent accounts, implementing appropriate collection actions.

  • Establish and maintain appropriate collection policies and procedures.

  • Communication and Customer Relations:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints regarding collections.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while interacting with customers.



Reporting and Analysis:




  • Prepare regular reports on collection performance for management.

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections.



Legal Compliance:




  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection.

  • Ensure all collection practices are compliant with legal requirements.
