Position Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronics Assembler to join our dynamic team specializing in drone assembly. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic assembly, a strong understanding of electrical components, and a passion for aviation technology. The Electronics Assembler will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our drone systems by assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Assemble electronic components and systems for drones in accordance with detailed schematics and technical documentation.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that all assembled components meet company and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.

  • Perform functional testing of assembled units and document results.

  • Assist in the development and improvement of assembly processes and workflows.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

  • Follow safety protocols and compliance regulations during all assembly operations.

  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly techniques and product quality.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on assembly experience.



Qualifications:




  • candidates with experience in soldering and working on PCB (permanent circuit board) are advised to apply, High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification, degree in electrical electronics or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in electronics assembly, preferably in the aerospace or drone industry.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, schematics, and assembly instructions.

  • Familiarity with soldering, wiring, and basic electronic testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Basic computer skills, including experience with MS Office and other relevant software.



SALARY EXPECTATION: N250,000
