Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all incoming inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, referrals)
- Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads
- Send quotations and project information to prospects
- Schedule calls and site visits
- Maintain a simple CRM or lead tracking system
- Close greenhouse installation deals
- Provide weekly sales updates
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling high-ticket sales (₦3M – ₦5M+ projects)
- Can follow up without feeling awkward or discouraged
- Basic understanding of agriculture is a plus (not compulsory)
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Compensation:
- ₦30,000 monthly base salary
- 5% commission on every greenhouse sale closed
(Example: Closing a ₦5,000,000 greenhouse earns ₦250,000 commission.)
There is no cap on earnings.
