  • We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support, ensure smooth office operations, and maintain effective communication within the organization.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and organize office correspondence (emails, calls, letters)

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars

  • Prepare reports, memos, and official documents

Requirements & Qualifications




  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
