Key Responsibilities




  • Recruit, lead, and supervise Team and Sales Supervisor.

  • Oversee the entire sales process and ensure business objectives are met.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market expansion.

  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.

  • Represent the company brand with excellence and integrity in all engagements.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 5-10 years experience.

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in construction or Door Sales.

  • Strong strategic thinking and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams and achieving ambitious targets.

  • Candidate must be resident in Abuja.
