Key Responsibilities




  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with sales goals.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and company products/services.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess minimum of a Degree / HNDin Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles within relevant industries.
