Job Summary
- The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting and enhancing brand visibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by managing key accounts
- Generating leads, pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets within the automobile industry.
- Showcase vehicles to customers, explain features and warranty terms.
- Promote additional car care products including insurance and registration services.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research, and execute promotional campaigns to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with private and corporate clients.
- Attend to complaints, and provide solutions in collaboration with the Business Manager and Workshop Team.
- Prepare sales reports, deliver presentations.
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Economics , Marketing, Banking and finance or other related course
- Age Limit within 20- 30years
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years and of Marketing and sales experience encompassing brand management, marketing communications and sales in FMCG sector or Financial Institutions.
- Experience in Automobile industry is highly desirable
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
