Key Responsibilities




  • Attend to prospective parents and enquiries.

  • Assist with recruitment activities, student interviews, and admission publications.

  • Receive communication via phone calls, emails, etc., from prospective feeder schools and families.

  • Advise potential students on admission requirements

  • Follow up with parents/students for any enquiries through phone calls, emails, and direct meetings.

  • Log and capture the details of enquiries/form sales into the school management systems.

  • Participate in all recruitment events, exhibitions, and off-campus events.

  • Devise appropriate communication and follow-up procedures to ensure the most positive outcomes and excellent customer service.

  • Create and maintain accurate and transparent pupil records

  • Produce reports on weekly admissions figures and statistics

  • Taking parents on school tours at various school locations

  • Organize and conduct entrance examinations

  • Collection of letters, mail, and disbursing of the same to the appropriate offices.

  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).

  • Act as a second barrier to filter unnecessary intrusion into the school.

  • Inform staff of visitors and filter unwanted entries.

  • Always alert to security issues.



Qualifications & Skills




  • B.Sc. or HND Degree.

  • Certification in Marketing

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.

  • Good listening/writing skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Ability to communicate effectively.
