Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.

  • The ideal candidate must be a Registered Civil Engineer with a minimum of 15 years’ experience, including extensive hands-on experience managing construction projects.

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).

  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors.

  • Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for management.

  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.

  • Manage project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

  • Conduct site inspections and stakeholder meetings.

  • Manage project financials, including cost control and budget tracking.



Requirements




  • Registered Civil Engineer (COREN registration required).

  • Minimum of 15 years’ post-qualification experience.

  • Proven experience serving as a Project Manager on major construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong financial and budget management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
