About the Role




  • The role will be responsible for the Financial Accounting Unit activities including GL account reconciliations, Vendor accounts reconciliations, preparation of statutory financial statement and end-to-end processing of statutory returns.



Key Responsibilities




  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting in line with IFRS.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Manage payables, receivables, and cash flow positions.

  • Perform end-to-end processing of statutory remittances and returns.

  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.

  • Assist in expense tracking and cost control initiatives.

  • Support operational coordination, logistics tracking, and documentation.

  • Monitor inventory-related financial and operational records.

  • Support audit processes and internal reviews.

  • Coordinate with internal departments on administrative and operational matters.

  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.

  • Ensure compliance with internal control, tax regulations and statutory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.

  • Support internal and external audits.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Group Head, Finance & Accounts.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years relevant work experience.

  • Good knowledge of IFRS, Payables and statutory deductions.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
