Job Description And Responsibilities
- Understand and effectively communicate product offerings, functionally, positioning, and competitive advantage.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and drive pest control business growth within the various channel.
- Market services to prospective clients and continuously source for new accounts and new sales opportunities through cold calling,networking and social media.
- Monitor market trends, product performance and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and professional development opportunities.
- Analyze key market trends & competitive activities to anticipate opportunities & issues to facilitate next steps to tap or defend.
- Gather information on competitors, suggesting strategies to attain a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, also preparing and deliverappropriate presentationson products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Build and maintain professional networks of clients.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- BSc or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, with a proven track record of success, is crucial.
- Experience specifically in the pest control industry is highly desirable.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Ability to drive a car
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
