- To serve as the guest’s liaison and provide precise, concise and accurate directions. Helps guests with transportation services and assists to carry guest luggage to and from rooms.
Main Duties and Responsibilties
- Bell desk is always cleaned.
- Newspaper stand is properly arranged with the day’s paper.
- Provide assistance to guests.
- Deliver guests’ letters and newspaper.
- Keep Luggage trolleys and luggage room always clean.
- Tag guest luggage accordingly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guest with their luggage.
- Assist guest who want to use GYM facilities and the pool.
- Follow the hotel brand Standard requirements pertaining to the front office operations.
- Ensure superior guest satisfaction by encouraging guests to review the hotel on Trip Advisor and Guest RevU / Kepsla.
- To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE). An HSE booklet will be given to you.
- Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years work experience.
