Job Summary



We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth agenda by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding client relationships.



This role requires a commercially minded leader with strong business acumen who understand the consulting sector and execution with high-level growth strategy.

As BDM, you will identify opportunities, foster relationships with high-value clients, and drive revenue growth for our HR and compliance services.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve and exceed set targets.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide growth strategy, positioning, and marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with team members to develop tailored proposals, pitches, and campaigns.

  • Drive end-to-end client engagement from prospecting through negotiation, deal closure, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.

  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance, conversion rates, and market insights to inform decision-making.

  • Represent the company at key industry events, networking forums, and business meetings to strengthen visibility and positioning.

  • Support senior leadership in identifying new markets, products, and service opportunities to diversify revenue streams.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, marketing or growth strategy.

  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Track record of exceeding business development or sales targets.

  • Experience in consulting, branding, or marketing industry is highly desirable.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with deal execution.
