Responsibilities




  • Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning), cook dishes, and manage menu itemsto hotel standards.

  • Kitchen Operations: Set up, stock, and maintain clean, organized workstations throughout the shift.

  • Quality & Safety: Ensure food quality, check expiration dates, and maintain hygiene to meet safety regulations (e.g., HACCAP).

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste.

  • Collaboration: Work effectively with thekitchen team, including Executive Chefs.
