The People & Culture Intern should provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture department during a maternity leave period.
The role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment support, employee documentation, data management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team.
Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
Assist in coordinating training and development activities.
