Role Summary




  • Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to support the growth of a cleaning company.

  • The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and acquire new clients in the residential and commercial cleaning sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare proposals and presentations; negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports on progress toward targets.



Qualifications & Skills




  • 5 years of experience as a BD in similer sector

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in service-related industries.

  • Experience in the Cleaning or facility management industry is a must!

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.

  • Knowledge of cleaning service operations is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
