Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate medication use for patients.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently


• Review prescriptions for accuracy and drug interactions


• Provide professional counseling to patients on medication use


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies


• Manage inventory and maintain proper storage of drugs


• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals


• Maintain accurate patient medication records.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D


• Valid practicing license


• Minimum of 5 years hospital experience preferred


• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
