  • We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development/Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and expand market presence.

  • The ideal candidate will oversee business expansion initiatives, optimize internal processes, and ensure the achievement of sales and operational targets, particularly within the real estate sector.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement business growth strategies.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  • Drive revenue generation and achieve set sales targets.

  • Prepare business proposals, financial forecasts, and performance reports.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.



Requirements

Education:




  • First Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Accounting (mandatory).

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration).



Experience:




  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business Development and/or Operations Management.

  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and operational targets.
