Job Summary
- The Operations and Outsourcing Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities of the cleaning and fumigation services while managing outsourced teams and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, cost efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- This role ensures operational excellence, workforce optimisation, safety compliance, and strong vendor performance management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Environmental Health, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in cleaning, facilities management, pest control, or fumigation services).
- Proven experience managing outsourced staff or subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.
