Job Summary




  • We are hiring an Operational Support to support daily office operations for a growing organization.

  • This is an in-person role based in Abuja, suited for someone who can keep processes running smoothly and support teams effectively.



The Opportunity

As an Operational Support, you will:




  • Support Operations: Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the office.

  • Manage Documentation: Handle filing, record-keeping, and document organization.

  • Coordinate Schedules: Assist with meetings, calendars, and internal coordination.

  • Handle Communication: Manage emails, correspondence, and internal communications.

  • Maintain Order: Ensure office supplies, records, and workflows are well managed.

  • Support Teams: Provide administrative support to HR, Operations, and Management as required.



Who We’re Looking For




  • Organized & Reliable: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional & Discreet: Able to handle confidential information responsibly.

  • Based in Abuja: Available for full-time, in-person work. Can easily commute from Wuse.
