Job Summary

The Opportunity
As an Operational Support, you will:
- Support Operations: Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Manage Documentation: Handle filing, record-keeping, and document organization.
- Coordinate Schedules: Assist with meetings, calendars, and internal coordination.
- Handle Communication: Manage emails, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Maintain Order: Ensure office supplies, records, and workflows are well managed.
- Support Teams: Provide administrative support to HR, Operations, and Management as required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Organized & Reliable: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional & Discreet: Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Based in Abuja: Available for full-time, in-person work. Can easily commute from Wuse.
