As a customer service officer, you're responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering their enquires resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services and policies
Process orders, returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed customer service targets
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Perform other related duties as management requires.
Requirements
Minimum of HND B.Sc in a related field
1-3 years experience as a customer representative or any relative role
Must be computer literate;must be familiar with google sheet or documents
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
