Requirements

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or a similar role in a charity organization or a similar organization.


• Must have a good knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.


• Experience in budgeting and forecasting is necessary.


• Should be familiar with business and financial principles.


• Must be good in handling and managing children.


• Excellent communication skills is a must.


• Must have leadership and interpersonal management ability.


• Outstanding organizational skill is needed.
