Responsibilities

Transport / Passenger Services Duties




  • Check and confirm passenger payments for tickets and luggage.

  • Issue boarding passes to passengers.

  • Attend to ticket inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.

  • Receive and process payments from passengers and cargo clients.

  • Keep accurate records of all payments and reconcile with the Finance team.

  • Make boarding announcements and communicate any delays or changes.

  • Respond to customer feedback within agreed timelines.

  • Communicate professionally with customers at all times (clear, polite, and error-free).

  • Follow up with relevant departments to resolve customer requests and complaints quickly.

  • Suggest better ways to improve customer service and operations.



Logistics / Parcel Operations Duties:




  • Receive, track, and record all incoming parcels.

  • Ensure parcels are safely and properly stored.

  • Monitor and account for all parcel inventory.

  • Prepare regular parcel inventory and operational reports.

  • Ensure parcels are properly packaged to prevent damage.

  • Supervise loading, offloading, and storage of parcels.

  • Update parcel movements on the company tracking system in real time.

  • Report any delays or parcel issues immediately.

  • Coordinate drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.



Work schedule for this job role is as stated below:




  • 5:00am-1:30pm (morning shift)

  • 1:00pm-8:00pm (Afternoon shift)

  • Mondays to Sundays with one day off every week.
