Responsibilities
Transport / Passenger Services Duties
- Check and confirm passenger payments for tickets and luggage.
- Issue boarding passes to passengers.
- Attend to ticket inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Receive and process payments from passengers and cargo clients.
- Keep accurate records of all payments and reconcile with the Finance team.
- Make boarding announcements and communicate any delays or changes.
- Respond to customer feedback within agreed timelines.
- Communicate professionally with customers at all times (clear, polite, and error-free).
- Follow up with relevant departments to resolve customer requests and complaints quickly.
- Suggest better ways to improve customer service and operations.
Logistics / Parcel Operations Duties:
- Receive, track, and record all incoming parcels.
- Ensure parcels are safely and properly stored.
- Monitor and account for all parcel inventory.
- Prepare regular parcel inventory and operational reports.
- Ensure parcels are properly packaged to prevent damage.
- Supervise loading, offloading, and storage of parcels.
- Update parcel movements on the company tracking system in real time.
- Report any delays or parcel issues immediately.
- Coordinate drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Work schedule for this job role is as stated below:
- 5:00am-1:30pm (morning shift)
- 1:00pm-8:00pm (Afternoon shift)
- Mondays to Sundays with one day off every week.
