Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
- Team Leadership:Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing staff to meet performance targets.
- Market Analysis:Analyze market trends, consumer requirements, and competitor behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Campaign Management:Create and implement advertising, promotional literature, and social media campaigns to promote brand awareness.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:Set sales quotas, monitor performance, and negotiate with key clients to maximize revenue.
- Budgeting:Prepare annual budgets, analyze expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager in hospitality, FMCG or Retail space.
- Communication:Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical Skills:Strong ability to interpret data, trends, and financial reports.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools.
- Leadership:Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams.
