Description

• We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Supervisor / Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our household goods store

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and staff operations


• Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products well displayed


• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers


• Maintain accurate inventory records and reduce stock losses


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally


• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports


• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store


• Train and guide store attendants/cashiers


• Implement pricing and promotional strategies


• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling

Requirements

• Minimum of OND /HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field


• 2–3 years experience in retail/store management


• Good leadership and communication skills


• Basic computer knowledge


• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability


• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
