Job Objective / Purpose of Job

• Employee should be highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong front-end development capabilities.


• Employee will be responsible for designing user-centric digital interfaces and translating approved designs into high-quality, responsive web applications.


• This role requires both creative design expertise and solid coding proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.


• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.


• Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.


• Ensure consistency with corporate branding and digital standards.


• Continuously optimize user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.


• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.


• Develop responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.


• Implement front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular (where applicable).


• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.


• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline.


• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.


• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both design and implemented projects.


• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.


• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JS framework.


• Working knowledge of Git and version control systems.
