About the Job




  • They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Clerk to support daily operational activities.

  • The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate operational records, coordinating documentation, and supporting internal reporting processes.



Responsibilities




  • Accompany driver for daily pickups and deliveries

  • Handle collection and delivery of letters and parcels

  • Sort pickups and deliveries in the office before and after routes

  • Assist in planning delivery sequences to avoid waste of time

  • Ensure items are properly accounted for during handover.



Qualifications




  • OND, B.Sc./HND in Admin or a related discipline.

  • 1–2 years of relevant Logistic experience

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suits (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).



Competency & Skill Requirements:




  • Technical Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of Lagos areas and road networks

  • Confident use of Google Maps and navigation apps

  • Physically fit and able to move in and out of the vehicle frequently

  • Basic reading and writing skills for records and delivery notes

  • Disciplined, punctual, and reliable.



Behavioral & Soft Skills:




  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
