About the Job
- They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Clerk to support daily operational activities.
- The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate operational records, coordinating documentation, and supporting internal reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Accompany driver for daily pickups and deliveries
- Handle collection and delivery of letters and parcels
- Sort pickups and deliveries in the office before and after routes
- Assist in planning delivery sequences to avoid waste of time
- Ensure items are properly accounted for during handover.
Qualifications
- OND, B.Sc./HND in Admin or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant Logistic experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suits (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
Competency & Skill Requirements:
- Technical Competencies:
- Good knowledge of Lagos areas and road networks
- Confident use of Google Maps and navigation apps
- Physically fit and able to move in and out of the vehicle frequently
- Basic reading and writing skills for records and delivery notes
- Disciplined, punctual, and reliable.
Behavioral & Soft Skills:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
