The Deputy CEO will:

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction alongside the CEO


• Oversee daily operations, research delivery, and organizational effectiveness


• Lead business development, client relationships, and revenue growth


• Build and manage high-performing teams across research and operations


• Ensure methodological rigor, quality control, and data integrity


• Represent the organization with government, corporate, and development sector clients

We're looking for:

• 10+ years leadership experience, with at least 5 at senior/executive level


• Proven track record in scaling research, consulting, or data-driven organizations


• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking


• Experience in research, public opinion, policy, or consulting sectors (preferred)
