JOB SUMMARY
The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s human resources and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and office administration while supporting management in achieving organizational objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR database
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values
- Manage grievance procedures and conflict resolution
- Plan employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and monitoring performance
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll inputs and ensure accuracy
- Manage leave records and attendance tracking
- Oversee benefits administration (health insurance, pensions, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements
HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships
- Supervise administrative staff (receptionist, office assistant, drivers, etc.)
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
- Maintain corporate records and official documentation
- Prepare administrative and HR reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time-to-fill vacancies
- Employee retention rate
- Compliance audit results
- Employee engagement scores
- Efficiency of administrative operations

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
- 5–10 years of HR and administrative experience (adjust based on level)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Experience managing administrative operations
