Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Representative/Marketing Officer to join our team at Dalewares College of Management and Technology Polytechnic.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our institution, generating leads, and converting them into enrolled students.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Dalewares College of Management polytechnic and Technology to potential students
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach target audience
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including schools, organizations, and individuals
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions
- Utilize various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to generate leads
- Qualify leads and pass them on to the admissions team
Sales and Conversion:
- Follow up on leads and convert them into enrolled students
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Present and promote Daleways College of Management and Technology's programs and services to potential students
- Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding enrollment targets
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing students, alumni, and industry partners
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activity, and student needs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated
- Conversion rate of leads to enrolled students
- Enrollment targets met or exceeded
- Customer satisfaction ratings
- Revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
- Knowledge of the Nigerian education sector is an advantage.
