Job Summary
- We seek a highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our management team, handle accounting and financial tasks, and assist with human resources and office operations.
- The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
PA/Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
Accounts:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Admin/Human Resources:
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Coordinate employee benefits and wellness programs
- Handle employee queries and concerns
Office Operations:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure office maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Excellent computer literacy skills, with ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Versatile and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
