About the job




  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Sproxil’s overall marketing strategy to drive lead generation, brand visibility, partnerships, and grant positioning. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital marketing, public relations, and content development.



Key Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning




  • Develop and implement Sproxil’s overall marketing and communications strategy.

  • Strengthen brand positioning to support commercial growth, partnerships, and grant readiness.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.



Digital Marketing & Lead Generation




  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and paid digital campaigns for lead generation.

  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize ROI.

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing and lead objectives.



Content, Grants & Impact Marketing




  • Create and manage content strategies that support grant positioning and donor engagement.

  • Develop narratives highlighting Sproxil’s impact, technology, and ESG initiatives.

  • Promote grant opportunities through targeted campaigns and thought leadership.



Public Relations & Communications




  • Manage media relations, press releases, and brand communications.

  • Support executive visibility through media, events, and public engagements.

  • Protect and enhance Sproxil’s corporate reputation.



Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement




  • Support partnership development through marketing and pitch materials.

  • Promote partnerships and collaborations externally.

  • Work with internal teams to position Sproxil for strategic alliances.



Reporting & Performance Management




  • Track KPIs, budgets, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Prepare marketing performance reports for management.

  • Continuously improve marketing processes and outcomes.



Requirements




  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing or digital marketing.

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and lead generation campaigns.

  • Strong background in marketing strategy, content marketing, and PR.

  • Experience supporting partnerships or grant-focused initiatives is an advantage.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Strong design skills and use of design tools
