How You'll Make an Impact
- We are seeking a visionary and systems-oriented Senior Manager – Product Design to establish and scale design as a strategic capability across our product portfolio. This role will define and drive the long-term design vision across our software platforms.
- You will shape the evolution of our design language, user experience strategy, and research practice, ensuring our products meet the standards of leading global software companies while supporting mission-critical infrastructure environments.
- You will institutionalize user-centered design principles, elevate interaction and visual quality, and build scalable design systems that deliver clarity, usability, and consistency across complex, data-intensive product ecosystems.
What You'll Do
Design Vision & Strategy
- Define and articulate a multi-year product design strategy
- Embed design thinking into strategic planning and product roadmap development
- Champion user-centered decision-making at leadership level
Enterprise UX & Systems Design
- Lead the design of complex and data-intensive systems
- Translate highly technical workflows into intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences
- Define and govern accessibility, inclusivity, and usability standards
- Own and evolve an enterprise-grade design system ensuring consistency across products and interfaces
- Establish governance, documentation, and reusable component standards
- Partner closely with the Engineering team to ensure high design-to-code fidelity
Research, Metrics & Cross-Functional Impact
- Institutionalize structured research practices, including usability testing, field studies, and behavioral analytics
- Define and track UX performance metrics and measurable success indicators
- Drive data-informed iteration and continuous product experience optimization
- Create strong feedback loops between Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Ensure design decisions balance user value, commercial objectives, and operational constraints
Managerial Responsibilities
- Define and own the annual operating plan for the function, including workforce and financial planning
- Manage and optimize departmental budgets
- Make strategic resource allocation decisions
- Build, scale, and structure teams to support long-term capability development
- Establish performance frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development pathways
- Ensure governance, risk management, and operational maturity across the function
- Drive the creation of standardized, scalable systems that enable consistent execution across regions
What We're Looking For
Professional & Technical Strengths
- Product design experience within SaaS, enterprise software, or complex technology environments
- Demonstrated experience defining and scaling enterprise-grade design systems across multiple products
- Strong portfolio reflecting systems thinking, complex workflow design, and large-scale platform architecture
- Experience designing data-intensive dashboards, operational tools, or mission-critical enterprise platforms
- Deep expertise in UX research methodologies and the ability to institutionalize research practices across teams
- Proven ability to connect design strategy to measurable business outcomes (adoption, retention, revenue growth)
