  • Our client is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to lead expansion efforts, secure new opportunities, and strengthen market presence.

  • This role is suited for a professional who excels at building valuable partnerships, identifying growth avenues, and delivering tailored solutions that elevate customer and corporate experiences within a dynamic industry.



Scope of Work

Business Expansion:




  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and diversify client portfolios.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities that align with the agency’s objectives.



Client & Partner Engagement:




  • Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate organizations, travel agencies, and key stakeholders.

  • Negotiate favorable agreements and close deals that foster long-term partnerships.



Market Intelligence:




  • Conduct in-depth research on customer needs, travel trends, and competitor strategies.

  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance the agency’s market positioning.



Strategic Collaboration:




  • Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and travel solutions.

  • Support marketing initiatives that align with business development objectives.



Representation & Networking:




  • Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to expand brand visibility.

  • Strengthen the agency’s presence in local and international markets.



Reporting & Leadership:




  • Track business development activities and prepare detailed performance reports for management.

  • Guide and mentor junior staff to improve overall business development capacity, and any other task assigned to you.



Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related discipline.

  • 3–4 years of verifiable experience in sales, partnership management, or client acquisition, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.

  • Demonstrated ability to secure high-value clients and consistently achieve set targets.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, booking systems, and relevant digital tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Self-driven, commercially focused, and passionate about business growth in the travel sector.
