Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel (if field sales role).
