Job Summary
- Our client is recruiting Secondary Sales Representatives to drive product sales across assigned retail outlets and territories.
- The role focuses on achieving secondary sales targets, expanding outlet coverage, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong in-store visibility through effective merchandising execution.
- Successful candidates will also provide market intelligence to support sales growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive secondary sales by selling products directly to retail outlets within assigned territories.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Expand outlet penetration and onboard new retail customers.
- Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at outlets.
- Execute merchandising standards to maintain strong product visibility.
- Ensure correct shelf arrangement, pricing accuracy, and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store managers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback and reports.
- Submit daily sales and field activity reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales or field sales is preferred.
- Experience in secondary sales is an added advantage.
- Must reside in or around Lekki.
- Energetic, persuasive, organized, and target-driven.
- Ability to work extensively in the field.
