Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

  • The successful candidate will support management and staff by handling office tasks, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with daily administrative activities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official letters

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

  • Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documents as required

  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

  • Assist in preparing invoices and tracking payments

  • Support HR activities such as documentation and staff record management

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are maintained.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 0 – 1 year experience in an administrative role.



Technical Skills:




  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Excellent document management and filing skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes is an added advantage.



Soft Skills:




  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
