Job Description




  • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines and budgets.

  • The role requires strong leadership, communication, coordination, and risk management skills to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Note: This is a Hybrid Position: 2 days in office, the rest days remote.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards

  • Prepare and present periodic project reports to management

  • Manage resources effectively and ensure accountability

  • Lead project meetings, including planning and review sessions

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements



Required Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Social Sciences, or related field

  • 2–8years proven experience managing projects

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project, Trello)

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
