Job Summary
- The Accountant (NYSC) will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in bank reconciliation exercises.
- Help monitor project-related expenses.
- Support payroll documentation and statutory remittance records.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of financial data entry.
- Timely completion of assigned finance tasks.
- Proper documentation and record management.
- Compliance with internal financial processes.
- Learning progression during service year.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting or Finance.
- Currently serving (NYSC Corps Member).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
