Role Summary

• A senior analytical role supporting the Principal across a multi-business portfolio by delivering a single, decision-ready view of financial and performance intelligence.


• Combines financial analysis, executive decision support, and AI-enabled data insight to improve visibility, speed, and strategic action.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Intelligence & Consolidation:

• Consolidate financial and performance data across entities


• Analyze revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability trends


• Detect anomalies, risks, and leakages


• Use AI tools for automation, anomaly detection, and predictive insight


• Produce weekly and monthly executive financial briefs


• Validate data with internal/external finance teams

Performance Monitoring & Insight:

• Define and track KPIs across businesses


• Build dashboards and performance reports


• Translate complex data into executive insights


• Flag early risk signals and escalation points

Executive Decision Support:

• Prepare data-backed briefs and meeting notes


• Review and distill reports and proposals


• Track executive decisions and follow-through


• Handle sensitive information with discretion

Reporting & Coordination:

• Standardize cross-business reporting formats


• Coordinate reporting timelines and submissions


• Maintain a central intelligence repository

Strategic Projects:

• Support investment and expansion analysis


• Conduct scenario and basic financial modeling


• Provide analytics for restructuring or optimization efforts

Candidate Requirements

• Experience consolidating and analyzing multi-entity financial data


• Strong financial statement and cash flow analysis skills


• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; dashboard proficiency


• Familiar with financial reporting systems


• Comfortable using AI-enabled analytics tools


• Proven support to senior executives or founders


• High discretion, accuracy, and reliability


• Clear, confident communicator
