Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
- The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, controlling costs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Monitor food preparation and service quality to maintain consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales reports and manage operational costs.
- Control food, labor, and inventory costs to maximize profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a QSR environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
