Role Overview




  • We are looking for a well-presented and organized Front Desk Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.

  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.



Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is well organized

  • Provide administrative support to HR and management

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Support internal communication and office coordination

  • Assist in basic record-keeping and documentation

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.



Qualifications




  • HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Administration, or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude

  • Basic administrative and organizational skills.
